Credence Construction is a dynamic and expanding construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lidcombe, NSW.

We are looking for a highly capable professional to manage and oversee construction projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Task & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Manage all site operations, including supervision of site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with all relevant Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and Australian building codes.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare detailed progress reports, and manage variations and risks.

Qualification & experience

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial or residential projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, building processes, and contract administration.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
