DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  We are looking for an enthusiastic person with the right skill set and experience to join our team.

  • Coordinating residential land subdivision and apartment development projects across planning, design, authority approvals, construction, and settlement stages.
  • Developing, monitoring, reviewing, and coordinating project programs, timelines, deliverables, and consultant outputs to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, utility authorities, councils, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and delivery outcomes are met.
  • Assisting in the implementation and coordination of project management methodologies and tools including project schedules, progress tracking, Gantt charts, reporting systems, risk tracking, and project documentation registers.
  • Coordinating and managing project documentation including authority submissions, consultant reports, meeting minutes, tender documentation, work orders, variation documentation, compliance records, and project correspondence.
  • Reviewing architectural drawings, engineering plans, infrastructure layouts, and consultant documentation to identify project coordination issues, risks, and required design amendments.
  • Coordinating infrastructure servicing works including sewer, drainage, water, electrical, telecommunications, and road infrastructure with contractors, consultants, and service authorities.
  • Responding to project-related inquiries and assisting in resolving issues relating to project delivery, authority approvals, contractor coordination, servicing requirements, and stakeholder concerns.
  • Assisting senior management with project reporting, coordination matters requiring attention, implementation of management decisions, and project delivery strategies.
  • Monitoring contractor activities, coordinating consultant deliverables, reviewing project progress, and reporting variations, delays, risks, and construction-related issues to senior management.
  • Preparing and reviewing project reports, authority submissions, consultant coordination documents, feasibility information, and stakeholder communication relating to ongoing development activities.
  • Collecting, maintaining, and analysing project-related information including timelines, servicing requirements, authority conditions, project risks, and construction progress, and reporting on project outcomes.
  • Coordinating project compliance requirements including planning permit conditions, engineering approvals, authority clearances, Statement of Compliance (SOC) requirements, and settlement-related documentation.
  • Managing communication and coordination between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, authorities, and sales teams to support efficient project delivery.
  • Supporting tender coordination, contractor engagement, variation assessments, cost tracking, and project administration activities across multiple concurrent development projects.
  • Ensuring all project coordination activities are undertaken in accordance with relevant planning regulations, engineering standards, authority requirements, and company procedures.

SALARY: A$73,500 – A$80,000 annual base pay + superannuation.

QUALIFICATION:May hold a relevant Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Master Level including one (1) year of relevant and full-time / equivalent work experienceOR at least three (3) years of relevant and full-time / equivalent work experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum one (1) year of full-time or full-time equivalent work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Oral and written communication skills of a level to take instruction and provide information to other staff, management, and owners.
  • Ability to work and manage subcontractors, also to work independently.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety obligations.
