Loader Driver (ANZSCO 721216)

CMC Partners Pty Ltd T/A SAC Stone and Civil are seeking at least two skilled and reliable Loader Drivers (ANZSCO 721216)  to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a loader to move and load material. Registration and licensing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, prepare and position loader for operation
• Ensure safety of self and others by monitoring the operation and adjusting controls necessary for operation
• Complete prestart checks and safety inspections as required
• Ensure the correct attachment is selected and fitted for the specific task
• Operate controls to load material as required for the specific job
• Follow verbal instructions and work from drawing and markers
• Ensure the loader is regularly cleaned, lubricated and topped up with fuel and services as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment on job sites
• Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards
• Punctuality, autonomy and attention to detail is required

Desirable Experience (not essential):

• At least 12 months relevant work experience

• Proven experience in operating loaders
• Strong attention to detail 
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and customer service approach
• Commitment to safe work practices

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Police clearance
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
• Loader license 
• This is a residential role
