We care for over 42,000 animals annually, relying on the generosity of animal lovers like you to fund 91% of our life-changing services.
Our Purpose: We exist for animals to live better lives.
About the Role
At RSPCA Queensland, our people play a vital role in improving the lives of animals every day. We're looking for a Learning & Development Partner who is passionate about building capability, supporting frontline teams and improving training in a practical operational environment.

Combining learning solution design, training coordination, stakeholder partnering and reporting, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the consultative and hands-on aspects of learning and development in an operational environment.
What We’re Looking For
You're a collaborative, curious, proactive learning professional who enjoys working closely with leaders to understand capability needs and turn them into practical learning solutions.
You bring a strong understanding of adult learning principles and know how to make learning relevant, engaging and effective in a real-world operational environment. You're organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities, while also building strong relationships across a diverse workforce.
Most importantly, you're passionate about helping people learn, grow and perform at their best. You get genuine satisfaction from seeing people build confidence, develop new skills and apply their learning in ways that improve performance and deliver better outcomes.
