Job Title: Personal Care Assistant
Location: Clyde, Clyde North, Cranbourne & Pakenham, Melbourne VIC
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: AUD $80,000 – $84,000 per annum + Superannuation

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to deliver high-quality support across residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Maintain participant rooms, bed preparation, linen changes and laundry support.
• Support medication prompting.
• Maintain participant records and shift reports.
• Maintain safe and hygienic living environments. Essential Requirements:
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent or atleast 1 years relevant experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Current driver licence.
