Job Title: Aged or Disabled Carer
Location: Clyde, Cranbourne, Pakenham & Dingley Village, Melbourne VIC
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: AUD $80,000, – $82,000 per annum + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Support meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Monitor participant wellbeing and report changes.
• Assist participants with therapeutic, rehabilitation and independence-building programs.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
• Support community participation where required.
Essential Requirements:
• Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or related field.
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Current driver licence.
Desirable Attributes:
• Experience with complex behaviours.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
