Job Description SummaryResponsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate services clients
Job DescriptionCanberra-based candidates, though applicants from all Australian states will be considered.
EligibilityAustralian Citizens only and must be willing to undergo security clearance.
Contract DurationOpen to a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
What You’ll DoAs a trusted advisor, you’ll manage a diverse property portfolio and drive leasing outcomes that support national operations. You’ll lead negotiations for lease renewals, surrenders, make goods, and market rent reviews, while identifying new site opportunities and delivering best‑in‑class solutions. Your expertise will help shape strategic decisions, particularly through your understanding of Commonwealth Leasing Strategy and government property frameworks.
