A leadership role with weight, purpose, and real consequence.

There are roles that sit comfortably within known parameters.
And then there are roles that ask more of you.

We are partnering with an organisation delivering critical services to women navigating some of life’s most complex and confronting circumstances. The work is purposeful, deeply human, and rarely straightforward. Outcomes are not always linear and leadership in this space requires both perspective and care.

This is a senior appointment, with responsibility for a substantial and established division. You will step into a capable team that is ready for a more consistent rhythm of accountability, clarity and delivery. The foundations are there; the opportunity is in how they are brought together.

The role carries genuine executive weight. You will contribute at a strategic level, work closely with a collegiate Board, and take ownership of reporting, compliance and financial stewardship. At the same time, you will remain connected enough to operations to understand where things are working and where they are not.

What matters most here is leadership.

Not the performative kind, but the steady, considered version that can hold complexity, make decisions, and follow through. Someone who can bring structure without losing humanity. Someone comfortable stepping into difficult conversations and equally comfortable sitting alongside people when things don’t go to plan.

Sector experience is not essential. In fact, there is a genuine openness to leaders who bring perspective from beyond it, particularly those who understand how to balance commercial discipline with purpose-driven outcomes.

You will likely bring:

  • Proven experience leading teams and operations of scale
  • Confidence working at an executive and Board level
  • Financial literacy and an understanding of organisational levers
  • A grounded, values-led approach to leadership
  • A willingness to take ownership and be accountable for outcomes

This is not a role for someone chasing the title.
It’s for someone who understands the responsibility that comes with it.

A considered process will follow, with the goal being to find the right fit for both the organisation and you.
