This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a respected executive, providing high-level support across stakeholder engagement, strategic initiatives, events, and day-to-day operations.
The Role:
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive communications
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, briefing papers, and meeting materials
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, industry events, and site visits
• Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects
• Track priorities, action items, and key deliverables
The Candidate:
• Previous experience supporting senior executives or board-level stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capability
• Highly professional, proactive, and discreet in your approach
• Exposure to property, development, construction, or infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded
