The Borough of Queenscliffe Council is seeking to appoint a fixed term, part-time Customer Service Officer/Visitor Information Center (VIC) Officer to join its customer service team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused person to join our team servicing the people and visitors of our unique and beautiful landscape. As a Customer Service specialist, you will work across both our Council office (50 Learmonth St) and our Visitor Information Centre (55 Hesse St) providing efficient and effective customer service to ratepayers and visitors. You will ensure customer and visitor enquiries are dealt with in an expeditious and courteous manner.
This is a fixed term, part-time position until 4 January 2027, with minimum 25 hours a fortnight with one weekend per month required. There will be flexibility to agreed hours during the week. The role will be offered at Band 4 (per hour range $34.97-$37.18) + Super.
