As a Collections Officer, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, engaging with customers to find practical solutions, and helping achieve positive outcomes for both the business and its customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer contact across your portfolio
  • Working collaboratively with customers to establish suitable payment solutions
  • Handling challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Investigating account issues and resolving disputes efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities within your portfolio
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service with achieving results.
You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in collections, recoveries, or accounts receivable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence managing a variety of customer situations
  • A customer-first approach with sound judgement
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
