Team Leader

PM Dermatology & Laser Aesthetics is a small Dermatology Practice located in beautiful Mermaid Beach. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible team leader to assist with the day to day running of our administration and medical team.

This is a part-time role with hours to be negotiated.

The successful applicant would ideally posses the following skills:

1. An understanding of medical practice procedures and software (Medicare and DVA)

2. A high level of professionalism

3. Leadership / team experience

4. Strong communication and organisational skills

5. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality

6. Drive a positive culture.

7. Immediate start.

Tasks will include:

• Managing admin activities to ensure smooth operations of the business

• Overseeing staff and rosters

• Reviewing end of day/week/month reports

• Reception duties
