As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both our customers and our commercial operations.
The Opportunity
This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on customer service with responsibility for pricing and customer administration.
Based at our Malaga Head Office, you’ll support our day-to-day customer service operations while supporting critical pricing and customer data processes that drive the business.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service and pricing is accurate, consistent, and delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (Primary Focus)
Support the daily Customer Service operations
Manage escalations and complex customer issues
Maintain high service standards and responsiveness
Pricing & Commercial Support
Maintain and update customer pricing
Coordinate and implement price increases
Ensure pricing accuracy across systems
Collaborate with Sales and Management on pricing consistency
Customer Administration & Systems
Manage customer portals (pricing, product listings, compliance)
Support customer onboarding and new line forms
Maintain accurate customer data in Business Central and other platforms
Process Improvement
Assist in refining pricing and customer admin workflows
Support documentation and process consistency across branches
About You
You’re someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and getting things right the first time — while still delivering great customer outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
Is confident working with systems and data (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.)
Has strong communication skills and can handle complex issues professionally
Is organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
Has a strong attention to detail, particularly around pricing and data accuracy
