Swift Supplies requires an experienced Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant team member for a full-time position.
The successful candidate will be working from our location in Beenleigh, QLD and performing a wide range of tasks including picking, packing and dispatching orders, maintaining an organised warehouse, assisting customers via multiple channels, making product suggestions and ensuring the best possible service for our customers. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.
Customer service is the crux of our business and we are looking for someone who has the confidence, personality, and initiative to join our growing team.
Swift Supplies Online Pty Ltd was founded in 2016. We are 100% Australian-owned and independent. Our range of products is quite large (and growing) and includes everything from heavy-duty industrial supplies through to specialised hardware.
Our customers are spread across the country and can be anyone from a mineral processing facility to a weekend DIYer.

Have a strong customer service background and be approachable for all our customers.
A high level of competency in computer literacy including the Office Suite package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Reliability is key. We must be able to trust that you will be able to work the required hours.
Attention to detail with all tasks and very organised.
A real interest in learning. We do not expect anyone to know everything about our products on day one. The desire to learn so you can best help our customers and succeed yourself is key.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and email enquiries
Assist customers in store with purchases and suggestions
Enter orders into our ecommerce site
Pick, Pack and dispatch orders
Manage stock in warehouse
Unpack and enter incoming stock
Liase and work with multiple courier companies
Manage customer support
Manage orders in eBay store
Process payments
Manage and enter Purchase Orders from Account Customers
Manage dispatch emails for order tracking notifications
Manage order due by dates and follow up with suppliers
Maintain rapport with our suppliers
General cleaning and maintaining warehouse and office space
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist with editing photos
Assist with editing, updating and writing product descriptions
Occasional generation of reports
Various other items based on available time, your interests and business needs (e.g. social posts, blog posts, product video creation)
