Full time role up to $95,000 + Super (Negotiable based on experience and skill)

This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends operational responsibility with people development and program delivery. You will ensure families receive exceptional service, children enjoy enriching experiences, and the service remains compliant, organised, and community focused.

About the opportunity

As the OSHC Service Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the service each day. You will lead and mentor educators, build trusting relationships with families and school partners, and ensure the program reflects high standards of quality, safety, and child engagement.

What you will do
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations including quality, safety, compliance, and program delivery
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of educators to build capability and service excellence
  • Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs for school‑aged children
  • Build strong, positive relationships with families, schools, and community stakeholders
  • Oversee rostering, enrolments, budgets, and general administrative tasks
  • Promote and uphold a strong child‑safe, inclusive, and values‑aligned culture
What you bring
  • Diploma or higher in Children’s Services or an approved equivalent
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Previous experience in OSHC or early childhood with demonstrated leadership capability
  • Excellent communication, organisation, decision making, and problem solving skills
