Your Role: The Friendly Voice and Accurate Hands of Our Team

As our Customer Service and Admin Officer, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly and our customers well looked after.Your responsibilities will include:

Order Entry & Administration

• Accurately entering customer orders as they come in via phone or email into our system.

• Typing up certificates for completed jobs with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• General administrative support to keep the office running efficiently.

Customer Service & Team Support

• Answering the phone in a friendly, professional, and timely manner — being the welcoming first point of contact for our customers.

• Working alongside the existing team to back up any tasks required throughout the day.

• Being flexible and willing to pitch in wherever you’re needed — in a small business, every day can look a little different!

Essential Requirements:

• Strong computer skills and confidence with data entry (Microsoft Office, etc.).

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• A warm and professional phone manner.

• A genuine desire to be part of a team and contribute to a great workplace culture.

• A current driver’s licence and reliable car (required for the Caloundra West location).
