Seeking an organised, well presented and energetic person to join our team in Springwood. The successful applicant will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, be punctual, reliable and have strong customer focus.
They will be looking for a long term position with a market leader and enjoy working as part of a team. Only residents of Australia must apply and must have a current Australian Driver's licence.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage Phone and email orders / enquiries
Assist and support the Sales team
Provide exceptional customer service
Develop & Maintain customer relationships
Stock Control and Merchandising (i.e. replenish stock levels, unpack supplier orders)
Participate in workshops, Sales and product training
Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments within the business
General Administrative duties as required by the business.
The successful Applicant will have the following Skills:
Pleasant phone manner & good communication skills
Proactive work ethic with strong customer focus
Strong computer skills - including Outlook, MS Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Retail experience is preferred for this position
