We are a State of the Art Mechanical Workshop based in Kingsgrove and need a Switched On Service Advisor to join our Small Busy Team.

As we are a very busy Workshop, our ideal person will need to:

- Previous experience Minimum 3 years as a Service Advisor Automotive.

- Be able to think on their feet.

- Thrive Under Pressure.

- Be Reliable & Punctual.

- Answer the phone in a Friendly Manner.

- Liaise with customers in relation to repairs from start to end.

- Take Service Bookings.

- Type Out Invoices.

- Accounts Payable/Receivable.

- 1-2 years experience in accounts payable/receivable required.

- Order Stationery.

- Able to Build & Maintain Relations with Customers & Suppliers.

- Able to pick up New Computer Programmes Quickly.

- Training will be provided for automotive workshop management software systems.

- Assist the Owner with Ordering Parts and any other Ad hoc jobs that need to be done - all whilst being able to keep their cool.

We offer Stable Employment in Modern Surrounds. Hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
