About you
You are a practical and organised leader who understands the realities of running a childcare centre. You can manage operations, support your team, and maintain compliance without needing constant direction.

You bring:
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor experience
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, and EYLF
• Experience with Assessment & Rating and compliance
• Ability to lead educators and maintain team stability
• Confident communication with families and staff

The role
As Centre Manager, you will:

• Prepare for and support Assessment & Rating
