Customer Service Representative

• Edinburgh Parks location
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
• Immediate start
• Temp ongoing position with potential to go permanent 

This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a multi-national Logistics Company. Bring your passion for customer service and full training will be provided.

Our client operates a third party logistics service for well-known Australian and International Brands. As part of their busy customer service team you will play a big part in ensuring the organization's passion to providing a fast, efficient and reliable service is upheld.

Key responsibilities will include  

• Day to day management of customer's sales orders/accounts
• Monitoring customer service inbox 
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Resolving customer issues in regards to orders, stock availability, deliveries
• Tracking and tracing freight
• Liaising with the logistics team

To be considered for this position you will possess  

• Passion for providing a superior customer service
• Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
• Intermediate MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• The ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
• Able to start immediately
