Customer Service and Internal Sales Officer

Manufacturing company based in Minto are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Internal Sales Officer to commence ASAP with their hard-working NSW team. 

This will be an office based position- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 

We are seeking someone with experience working with a Manufacturing/Construction based company however transferrable experience will also be considered.

This is a contractor position with permanent opportunities for the right candidate

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure phone and email enquiries and orders are processed quickly and accurately

• Responsive customer communications regarding manufacturing and delivery capabilities or delays

• Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of products

• Manage multiple customer calls & tasks

• Maintaining sales with new and existing customers

• Entering and maintaining customer orders

• Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge

• Process quotes and orders in Epicor

• Processing credits and returns in a timely manner

• Work closely with the dispatch and warehouse departments to ensure a high standard of service is provided to our customers

• Update client databases

• Processing compliance statements

• Strong time management and organisation skills

• Resilience and ability to join a fast paced and busy environment

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entry skills

• Ability to learn new computer systems quickly

• Strong written verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.

• The ability to resolve customer complaints and proactively attend to customer needs.

• Experience working in customer service a must. 

• Ability to learn and master a new system quickly.

• Problem solving skills

• Willingness to learn
