About the role -

We are seeking a diligent and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Headland Technology Pty Ltd. This full-time role will be based in our Rydalmere, NSW office, providing critical administrative and customer service support to our growing business. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience.

This role is full- time and onsite as you will need to manage the receipt and delivery of tools and parts when required.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing prompt and friendly customer service, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Processing orders, returns, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently when required

  • Maintaining detailed records and updating customer information in our database

  • Assisting with the coordination of appointments and scheduling

  • Support and manage the facility by way of parts management, tool management, receipt of items and warehouse transfers

  • Supporting the wider administrative functions of the business as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the service industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

  • A friendly, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
