About the role -

We are seeking a diligent and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Headland Technology Pty Ltd. This full-time role will be based in our Rydalmere, NSW office, providing critical administrative and customer service support to our growing business. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience.

This role is full- time and onsite as you will need to manage the receipt and delivery of tools and parts when required.

What you'll be doing

Providing prompt and friendly customer service, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Processing orders, returns, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently when required
Maintaining detailed records and updating customer information in our database
Assisting with the coordination of appointments and scheduling
Support and manage the facility by way of parts management, tool management, receipt of items and warehouse transfers
Supporting the wider administrative functions of the business as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
A friendly, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
