We are looking for a passionate leader who can guide the service with heart and purpose as they strengthen the nurseries presence and relationships in the community. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose in a premium boutique centre where relationships and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.

You Will Bring:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

Experience as a Centre Director or strong 2IC ready to step up

A deep understanding of NQS, EYLF and 0–2 year development

Proven leadership and team development experience

WWCC, First Aid & CPR, Child Protection Certificate
