Customer Service Orders & Inventory Manager

We are super excited to have a new position available to join our team as a Customer Service Orders & Inventory position.

This is a full time position, starting ASAP. The hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm, in our Osborne Park office (on site parking provided).

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking domestic & international shipments

• Processing and fulfilling customer orders

• Inventory management, stock organisation & stocktakes

• Tracking, pulling & preparing inventory

• Responding to order-related emails and WhatsApp enquiries

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy online business

• Managing your section with full responsibility and autonomy

Please note: this is an office-based role with no face-to-face customer interaction.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service and/or administration experience

• Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred

• Australian work rights essential
