Only Quality People have partnered with a successful private and Australian owned logistics service provider and are seeking a customer centric individual to support their growing warehouse operation! Due to the expanding growth, we are seeking a warehouse customer service coordinator to join the core team. This opportunity provides job security, an excellent team environment, supportive management team and an opportunity to continue your development within the warehousing sector.

About the role

• Liaising with customers (Phone & email)
• Following up on product movements and transfer requests
• Cordinate deliveries for inbound and outbound shipments / manage shipment documentation
• Data entry and responding to incoming emails / managing email traffic
• Maintaining databases relating to customer and supplier requirements
• Assisting internal staff with daily requirements
• Day Shift | 9am - 5pm | $37.20 per hour

• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A customer centric mindset
• A positive can-do attitude
• Availability 5 days a week
• Proven work history - 2 references required
