Customer Service - Parts Interpreter

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem solving and working within a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service while assisting customers with parts enquiries, sales orders and technical product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face

• Interpreting and identifying outdoor power equipment parts

• Processing customer orders, invoices and credit requests

• Assisting customers with product and parts enquiries in a solutions-focused manner

• Supporting the sales team with customer follow-up and order coordination

• Maintaining accurate customer and order records

• Assisting with general administration duties as required

• Working collaboratively with warehouse and operations staff

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in customer service and exposure to parts interpretation, automotive, machinery, mechanical or spare parts industries. You will possess strong communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will be confident using computer systems and able to quickly learn internal systems and processes. Experience using Pronto ERP or similar systems would be highly regarded, although training can be provided for the right candidate.

Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of outdoor power equipment products would also be considered advantageous.

Most importantly, you will be a reliable team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist both customers and colleagues

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm. We can offer stability and future growth to the right candidate, free onsite parking and an easy commute for those living and wanting to work on the Northside.
