Morgan Consulting is partnering with a well-established and growing organisation within the supply chain and distribution space to recruit a Customer Service & Operations Officer.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across customer service, logistics and operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process and delivering a high level of service to customers.
The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for customers across all operational functions including orders, deliveries and invoicing. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and a “first time right” approach to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
You will also work closely with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless order fulfilment and inventory control.
