Financial Services - Compliance/Adviser Support

The Company

My Dealer Services is a dynamic and fast-growing business in the Financial Services industry. We help advisers become self-licensed and then provide compliance, business support and a community of a large licensee.

Due to the continual growth of our organisation, a position has opened for a Compliance/Adviser Support to join our team based in the Sydney CBD.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the entire 
Team, you will help execute the annual service program for our members.

It requires someone who can marry robust backend financial services compliance with a calm and confident manner when presenting and communicating to clients.

This is a flexible part-time role which would suit a para planner or someone with past Advice/Compliance experience looking for greater flexibility in life.

A hybrid work arrangement is an option if you want.

Responsibilities

• Support in the delivery of the annual service program. This includes scheduling, preparation, formation, and presentation of documents to clients.

• Work with licensees and stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

- Prior experience working in the financial services industry will be highly regarded.

- Highly organised and keen eye for detail

- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Great team player with a client-centric approach.

 - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and fit into an established small 
business

- Self-motivated to execute and deliver.

- RG146 qualified applicants with a relevant degree are preferred.
