Banner is seeking a Data Analyst to work closely with our senior team, contributing to deal execution and investment and data analysis.

TASKS

Conduct detailed feasibility modelling, valuation techniques and structured market analysis and accurately manage ongoing cashflow forecasts for investments
Assist with investment data analysis and initial due diligence
Produce performance insights and tracking metrics relating to project progress, funding utilisations and development and cost assumptions
Manage, analyse and interpret datasets relating to loan/investment positions to produce insights for management and investors
Prepare credit papers and asset management reports with interactive visuals (ie graphs and charts) to communicate results

CANDIDATE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1-3 years of experience in a financial institution (i.e. bank, real estate fund manager or within the finance arm of a large developer/builder)
Degree in Business, Commerce or Property (preferred)
Very strong excel modelling and analytical skills
Familiar with commercial real estate concepts, valuations and QS reports
Demonstrated ability to manage financial data, project diaries and deal documentation
Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
