Hatch is seeking a Business Management Administrator to join a high‑performing team supporting the delivery of EPCM projects. This role plays a key part in the commercial and contract management of construction and services contracts throughout the project execution phase. Working closely with project, commercial and site teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of major capital projects through strong contract administration, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer construction and services contracts in line with contractual terms and governance requirements
  • Manage contractual change control processes, including cost and time impacts
  • Certify payments, support cash flow forecasting, and assist with commercial reporting
  • Monitor program status and participate in progress and commercial meetings
  • Manage claims administration and support negotiations as required
  • Prepare, process and implement contractual correspondence, change notices and commercial documentation
  • Maintain accurate contract registers and manage bonds and guarantees
  • Coordinate and drive required inputs and deliverables from quantity surveyors

About You

You will bring extensive experience administering construction and services contracts within an EPCM environment on large capital projects. You have formal contracts and/or legal training and are confident drafting and executing commercial terms and conditions with a clear understanding of associated legal implications. With strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of procurement processes and corporate governance, you operate effectively in collaborative site‑based environments and work seamlessly with multidisciplinary project teams.
