As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of business clients, and providing proactive advice that genuinely makes a difference.

You'll work closely with business owners across a diverse range of industries, helping them understand their numbers, identify opportunities, solve challenges, and achieve their personal and business goals.

You will:

• Manage a portfolio of established business clients

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax compliance work

• Deliver proactive tax, business, and strategic advice

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor

• Identify opportunities to improve business performance, profitability, and wealth creation

• Collaborate with our Accounting, Advisory, Financial Planning, and Finance Broking teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Provide support to junior team members across the business

• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years' experience in public practice accounting

• Has experience managing a portfolio of business clients

• Is confident building trusted client relationships

• Possesses strong technical accounting and tax knowledge

• Enjoys helping business owners succeed

• Is proactive, organised, and solutions-focused

• Works well within a collaborative team environment

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• CPA or CA qualified
