About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our transport and logistics business based in Perth, WA.

This role will commence on a casual basis, approximately 3 days per week, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent part-time position. The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining compliance across the business in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

The position focuses on internal auditing, compliance systems, document control, risk management, training coordination, and reporting to ensure ongoing regulatory and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.

  • Maintain and improve compliance management systems aligned with ISO standards.

  • Identify and monitor legislative and compliance requirements.

  • Manage document control processes and maintain accurate compliance records.

  • Support risk identification and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare compliance reports and performance data for Management Review meetings.

  • Coordinate inductions, training compliance, and training records.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding compliance documentation.

  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards.

About You
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Internal Auditor with recognised certification (non-negotiable).

  • Experience auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

  • Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems

  • Legislative compliance requirements

  • Risk identification

  • Document control

  • Management Review reporting

Desirable
  • Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, or related industries.

  • Experience supporting external certification audits.
