The Perth Branch is currently seeking an ARM / RM , depending on the relevant industry experience.
This role involves supporting administrative tasks and assisting clients with enquiries related to new deals, refinancing, banking facilities, and assist / handle credit proposals completion. You will also require assist with management team and senior manager with BD and CRM functions to promote the business branding and tailored products at all time.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing a high level of customer service and acting as the main support contact for customer correspondence
Proactively liaising with customers to support the business and identify sales opportunities
Credit proposal drafting, financial analysis, and system data entry
DCC and KYC collection and coordination for deals
Scheduling follow-up meetings with customers
Supporting documentation preparation and review as required by the team/ business
Establishing and maintaining customer files, including support for reviews and compliance documentation
Assisting with account openings for corporate and institutional clients
End to end client's portfolio & deal handling when required
Ad hoc duties as requested by the business
Essential criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
A minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience for ARM ; 3 years for RM candidates
Thorough knowledge of the Australian market and Australian transactions.
Sound understanding of marketing and customer relationship management principles
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Team-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines
Performance-driven with strong communication skills
Proficiency & professional in written and spoken English at all levels; with Mandarin communications skill will add advantages.
