Compliance Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing commercial cleaning and sanitation business based in Adelaide.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in WHS, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Compliance, or Integrated Management Systems who enjoys working across operations to improve safety, compliance, and continuous improvement outcomes.

Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, the Full Time Compliance Officer will support the company’s Integrated Management System:

• WHS compliance and safety initiatives

• ISO 9001 Quality Management System

• HACCP/Food Safety programs

• Internal audits and corrective actions

• Incident investigations and risk assessments

• Compliance reporting and continuous improvement activities

The role works closely with operational teams to maintain high standards across commercial and industrial cleaning environments.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Experience in WHS, QA, Compliance or Food Safety

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements

• Internal Auditor experience/ certification

• Experience with external audits, investigations or risk assessments

• Experience with CAPA systems

• Experience managing compliance registers

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities

• Experience in food manufacturing, sanitation or FMCG

• Exposure to ISO 9001, HACCP or integrated management systems

• Certificate IV WHS or similar qualification

• Internal auditing experience
