About the role

We are seeking a driven and capable Branch Manager to lead and optimise the performance of our branch at Brendale. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strong commercial outcomes, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational, safety, and customer service excellence.
Oversee all aspects of branch operations including fleet management, equipment logistics, and service delivery.
Drive revenue growth through customer relationships, sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.
Manage branch financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and accurate documentation processes.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role with strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve results.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
Experience managing operational performance, including fleet, logistics, or service delivery.
Financial literacy, with the ability to interpret reports and manage budgets effectively.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the hire, construction, or related industry is highly regarded.
