The Business Relationship Manager role is a key component of AFG's growing home and commercial loans business. We are looking for a high energy, self-driven and results oriented sales professional to join our successful New South Wales team. 

Equipped with a diverse range of competitive products, our AFG Home & Commercial Loans team has risen to one of the top 5 lender products on our extensive lending panel. We are not a bank; we offer a suite of competitive products for consumers looking for an alternative to the major banks. Your role has autonomy and the ability to use your initiative to shape your portfolio and treat it as your own business. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales and distribution channel growth for AFG Home & Commercial Loan products and services.

  • Develop relationships for prospective business opportunities within the AFG membership base.

  • Promote and educate on the range of AFG Home & Commercial Loan products and services.

  • Attend and represent AFG Home & Commercial Loans at industry and member functions.

To be considered for this role, you will need to showcase your extensive experience in the finance and broking industry, demonstrating your expertise in business building, development, training, and account management. Your deep understanding of both residential and commercial credit processes will be crucial, as will your ability to maintain a customer and solution-focused mindset. The role demands exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities on a daily basis. Your communication and networking abilities, both written and verbal, must be outstanding, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships.

Your role will involve providing unwavering support to our broker network, and your ethical approach will be key to your success.
