Finance Business Partner | Business Performance

An opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large and well-established organisation on an initial 5-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

This role will partner closely with operational leaders to drive business performance through reporting, forecasting, analytics and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in turning data into actionable insights that support decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering business performance reporting, analysis and insights;
• Supporting forecasting, planning and performance reviews;
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency;
• Partnering with leaders across finance and operations to influence outcomes;
• Leading reporting and continuous improvement initiatives; and
• Managing and developing a direct report.

About you:

• Experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, FP&A or business performance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large datasets;
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
• Experience driving process improvement and business performance outcomes; and
• Previous leadership experience will be highly regarded.
