FP&A Finance Business Partner - Property

A well-known Australian business is looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join their property finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a genuine business partnering role where you'll work closely with the property division to deliver commercial insight and financial analysis that directly supports investment and operational decision making.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering FP&A support across budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and KPI analysis
• Building financial models to support business cases, tender evaluations and investment decisions
• Contributing to long-term planning including 5-year outlooks, revenue forecasting, OPEX and CAPEX modelling
• Developing dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadership
• Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting
• Mentoring junior analysts within the team

Experience needed:

• CA, CPA or equivalent with solid FP&A experience in a large corporate environment
• Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercial narrative
• Confidence partnering with and influencing non finance senior stakeholders across the property portfolio
• Experience in property, real estate or infrastructure highly regarded
• Advanced Excel essential - experience with tools such as Power BI highly preferred
