About You: You will be an executive FM professional with a track record of managing
large-scale, multi-site portfolios ideally in housing, aged care or defence:
- Extensive experience in Facilities Management or Property Services at a senior level
- Proven success in managing high-volume maintenance operations
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership experience
- Deep understanding of WHS, compliance, and risk frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- A leadership style that inspires, develops, and drives accountability
Why This Role? - This is an exciting potential new opportunity to lead a complex, high-profile FM portfolio with a growing provider
- You will be operating at a strategic level with real influence over outcomes
- Join a business that values performance, innovation, and leadership
