To help lead this next chapter, we're seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join our finance leadership team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller is a critical leadership role within the business, acting as the second-in-command of the finance function and providing oversight across financial operations, governance, reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
This role sits between the CFO and Finance Manager and will lead the day-to-day finance function while helping shape the strategic direction of the department. You will play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting capability, supporting business growth initiatives, and building a scalable finance platform for the future.
This opportunity will suit a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys balancing technical excellence with operational leadership and business partnership.
