We are seeking a full-time experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team in Sunshine, VIC.

Task & responsibilities

Evaluating and enhancing existing business systems and operational workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery
Reviewing CRM and loan origination systems, mapping current workflows to identify process inefficiencies and implement workflow automation and system integration solutions
Supporting digital transformation initiatives, including integration with lender platforms and optimisation of remote broker operations
Developing reporting dashboards and data analysis tools to monitor pipeline performance, client engagement, and operational outcomes
Assisting in the implementation of data governance, access controls, and system security measures
Coordinating implementation of system enhancements and supporting user adoption through training, guidance, and process documentation
Supporting regulatory compliance through system configuration, data governance, and reporting processes
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous optimisation of operational systems.
Monitoring emerging technology trends and recommending improvements to business systems and digital processes

Qualification & experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
Experience working with operational systems, process mapping, and requirement gathering
Strong knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and CRM platforms
Experience in system integration, workflow optimisation, and data analysis
Excellent communication skills with ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
