Agenda C Pty Ltd is seeking a creative and organised Video Producer to join our professional services team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and producing high-quality video content that supports marketing campaigns, digital communications and client projects.

The role involves working closely with the creative team, account managers and directors to develop engaging visual content and oversee the production process from concept development through to final delivery.

Task & responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage the production of video content for marketing campaigns, digital platforms and client projects
  • Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with the team in concept development, scripting and storyboarding
  • Coordinate the development and production of digital video assets including social media content, promotional videos and campaign materials
  • Oversee the production process to ensure video content meets creative, technical and brand standards
  • Work closely with account managers, designers, developers and directors to ensure content aligns with client objectives and campaign strategy
  • Review video assets and production materials to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with project briefs
  • Guide the editing and post-production process, including sound, graphics, captions and animation to deliver polished outputs
  • Ensure video assets are suitable for distribution across digital platforms including websites and social media channels
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas for campaigns, visual storytelling and digital content
  • Manage multiple projects and production timelines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients (through account managers or directors) to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered


Qualification & experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in film production, media production, communications or a related field, together with at least one year of relevant work experience obtained within the last five years.
  • Demonstrated experience in video production, digital media or multimedia content development
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows including concept development, scripting, storyboarding and post-production
  • Proficiency with video production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Strong organisational, communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with creative and client teams
