About Us

GreenUp is a leading Australian provider of energy-efficient home upgrade solutions, helping households reduce energy costs and environmental impact. We deliver sustainable upgrades including heating, cooling, insulation, and hot water systems. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support our expanding operations.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our office and supporting business operations. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate administrative processes, manage office resources, and support cross-functional teams to achieve operational and service delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist management in planning office operations, setting priorities, and improving administrative systems.

Coordinate office resources including staff allocation, workspace, and equipment to support project delivery.

Supervise administrative staff and ensure workflows align with business objectives.

Maintain accurate office records, financial documentation, and compliance with relevant policies and government program requirements.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including suppliers, contractors, and program partners.

Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff performance monitoring, and payroll coordination.

About You

Proven 1-2 years of experience in office management or an administrative leadership role.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of compliance requirements, ideally within government programmes or regulated industries.

Experience with HR processes such as recruitment and payroll is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing organisation.
