We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a Real Estate team. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing team capability, and ensuring consistent delivery of results across residential and/or commercial sales.

The Sales Manager plays a key role in strategy, coaching, and operational excellence within the sales division.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
Drive listing growth, conversion rates, and revenue performance
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
Support high-value negotiations and deal closures
Ensure compliance with Victorian real estate legislation and company policies

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in real estate sales leadership or senior sales roles
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
Victorian Real Estate Licence (mandatory)
