People2people is partnering with an established transport and logistics company to recruit an experienced 3PL Operations Administration Manager.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end warehouse operations administration across multiple sites, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and operational efficiency to support business outcomes.

The Role

As the 3PL Operations Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

End-to-end operational administration across warehouse sites, including reporting, documentation, compliance, and data integrity across systems
Monitoring, managing, and reporting operational performance against KPIs and SLAs
Managing billing, revenue capture, and invoicing, while identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters, service levels, and performance reporting
Leading and managing a small administration team, driving performance and accountability

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience in operational administration within 3PL, logistics, or warehouse operations (multi-client operations highly desirable)
Strong understanding of reporting, billing, and operational administration processes
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Effective people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage performance
