About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to support our growing operations. This role focuses on contract coordination, documentation management and supporting property transactions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare, review and maintain contracts related to property sales, leasing and service agreements

·         Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as developers, solicitors and clients

·         Monitor contract progress, timelines and key deliverables

·         Maintain accurate records and manage contract documentation

·         Assist in resolving contract-related issues and responding to enquiries

·         Liaise with external contractors and monitor service performance

·         Prepare reports on contract status and project progress

·         Provide general administrative support to the management team

About You

·         Qualifications in Business, Property, or a related field

·         Previous experience in related positions preferred

·         Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

·         Good communication and coordination skills
