  • Employment Type: Part time (24 hours per fortnight), with a fixed fortnightly schedule: Monday in Week 1 and Thursday, Friday in Week 2

  • Salary Range: $58,442.80 to $64,610 pro rata, plus superannuation

South West Healthcare is looking for warm, organised, and approachable Administrative Support Officers (ASO) to join our team across the Camperdown Campus, with a focus on Leura Aged Care.

This role is more than just administration, you will be a friendly face and a key support for our staff, residents, patients, and families. In aged care in particular, kindness, patience, and a genuine care for people make all the difference.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks such as scheduling, data entry, correspondence, financial administration, and general office support. Every day will bring something different, and your ability to stay organised while maintaining a positive, can do attitude will help keep things running smoothly.

What you bring

  • Previous experience in administration or office support
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A friendly, compassionate, and approachable nature
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Flexibility and openness to working across different areas, including aged care
