About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support the executives and help drive the day-to-day efficiency of the business. This is a pivotal role working across administration, team coordination and operational support to ensure projects, workflows and internal processes are delivered smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities1. Oversee daily office operations and coordinate workflow management to support efficient business operations.
2. Plan, implement and improve office systems, procedures and administrative standards.
3. Coordinate office resources, including staff support, workspace, equipment and office facilities.
4. Monitor administrative tasks and workflow progress to ensure priorities and deadlines are achieved.
5. Organise meetings, prepare agendas and reports, record minutes and follow up on action items.
6. Maintain company records, documentation and administrative systems in a compliant and organised manner.
7. Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and external service providers to resolve operational and office-related matters.
8. Oversee office facilities, equipment maintenance and procurement of office supplies.
9. Support workplace health and safety procedures, compliance activities and office inspections.
10. Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, staff coordination and internal communication.
11. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the development of an efficient and well-organised office environment.
Essential Skills & Experience1. A diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required as a minimum. Applicants with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field will be given preference.
2. Proven experience in office administration, operations coordination, resource and process management, staff support, as well as knowledge of workplace health and safety and office compliance requirements.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills across internal teams and external service providers.
4. Experience maintaining records, documentation and compliance-based administrative systems.
5. Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to improve office procedures and operational efficiency.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
