Our client, a leader in the transport and logistics industry, is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Administration Clerks to join their busy operations team based in Eastern Creek/Huntingwood. These positions have become available to assist with a significant project and offer immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Available Shifts

• Early Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Afternoon Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay Rate

• $37.50 per hour
• Applicable shift allowances
• Overtime available where required and paid accordingly

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient data entry
• Building and preparing transport manifests
• Entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets
• Processing transport and logistics documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• General administrative support as required
• Ensuring all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent keyboard and data entry skills
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
• Previous administration, data entry, or transport industry experience will be highly regarded
• experience working in a fast paced environment essential
