ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This role offers:
The opportunity to complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business Administration
Structured on-the-job learning and formal training
Ongoing support, supervision and development
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while building valuable administration skills in a supportive team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide reception and front desk support (meet and greet, phones, messages)
Maintain administrative systems, records and filing
Assist with meeting coordination and minute taking
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain shared spaces
Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
Contribute to a safe, respectful and culturally secure workplace
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
Is motivated to build a career in administration & business services
Is committed to dedicating a minimum of 12 months to complete their qualification
Has good communication and organisational skills
Can manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
Has basic computer skills (Microsoft Office desirable)
Demonstrates reliability, professionalism and willingness to learn
No formal qualifications are required — we will support your learning through the traineeship.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
This is an Aboriginal identified traineeship. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
Willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration
Ability to obtain:
National Police Clearance
Driver’s Licence (desirable).
